Frequently Asked Questions

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are returning your item due to defects, damage, or unsatisfactory quality, we will pay for your return shipping. If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, we ask that you pay for return shipping. 

Custom illustrations, stickers and digital prints are not eligible for return.

We are located in Montreal, Canada.

Canda-wide shipping takes 1-2 business days, shipping to the US takes 2-3 business days and worldwide shipping takes 5-6 business days for standard shipping and 20-60 days for economy shipping.

Please note that our processing time is 1-3 business days 

Most orders are processed within one business day, but some orders may require a longer amount of time.

My designs are heat transferred onto the crewnecks, hoodies and T-Shirts, using either Vinyl or screen printing.
